Delivery Times and Charges
Customers in the USA are required to pay the US tariffs which are currently 10 per cent and any local state Taxes on delivery.
UK Orders - Free of Charge
All International Orders - £35
International Customers please note any local duties and Taxes are to be paid by the customer on receipt.
All orders will be checked, packaged and sent Via our Courier with UK orders delivered within 2-3 Working Days and International Orders normally delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
All Packages will need to be signed for on delivery.
Returns Policy.
For all Returns or Exchanges please contact us directly by emailing questurns@gmail.com We expect any returns or exchanges to be unused and undamaged and it must be returned in its original packaging.
If the item has been ordered incorrectly then the customer must bear the cost for return.
Any claims for damage or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt, failure to do so may result in no refund or exchange being given.
